Terella Brewing

Terella meaning 'little earth' is the ideal name for this Australian first sustainable craft brewery that is 100 percent off-grid. They have created an evolution of ingeniously engineered circular methodology by collaborating with and sharing the same shed as a vertical farm system.

Water produced as a by-product of farming organic leafy greens is used for brewing Terella's craft beer. The carbon dioxide collected during fermentation from brewing cycles back to the vertical farms growing booths. Here you can taste a paddle of four tap beers or cider with complementary peanuts.

Terella draws inspiration from science, their serious love of beer, and connection to their local land while using traditional German brewing methods to produce a creamy frothy head with a full-flavoured well-balanced beer. The most progressive palette will be delighted by the ingenuity of the brew flavour profiles including their signature Mango XPA, special seasonal craft beers and Ciders such as Blackberry Wheat Beer and Salted Caramel Stout to their Crisp Larger and more.

Located in North Arm between the hinterland and farms of the Sunshine Coast, Terella is nestled on 69 acres of rural land surrounded by crops and free-roaming cattle with plenty of open grassy space to spread out a picnic blanket.

Relax in the sunshine and enjoy Terella's premium craft beers while your children enjoy the farmyard petting zoo open on the weekends, or sit at one of their charming farmhouse-style spindle bars just outside the rustic, contemporary industrial-style taproom which boasts a 15-tap strong system. Regardless of where you sit, you can't help but absorb the atmosphere that will give you the feeling of timeless freedom allowing you to relax and unwind while enjoying their beautifully crafted thirst-quenching beers.
